Communication and Consultation Skills

This workshop covers aspects of effective communication with people in addition to valuable consultation skills and techniques. 

It is aimed any individual who works in healthcare, but is particularly useful for Healthcare Assistants who may never have had any formal training in this area.

This course can be tailored to a single study day or as a half-day workshop.
